• Content Management: Overseeing internal content creation and editorial processes to ensure quality and consistency.

• Email Marketing: Managing email campaigns effectively to nurture leads and engage our subscribers.
• Copywriting Expertise: Crafting persuasive and authentic copy that communicates our brand message effectively.
• Influencer and Media Collaboration: Building and nurturing relationships with influencers and media outlets to amplify our brand's reach.
• Outreach Management: Developing and leading an outreach team, overseeing the outreach process, and ensuring our brand message reaches the right ears.
• Support to CMO: Assisting the Chief Marketing Officer in various strategic initiatives and projects.

Your Profile

Position summary

• Document and Financial Management: Issue tax-related documents such as Tax Invoices, WHT forms, and delivery orders, while also registering E-tax invoices to actively explore cost-saving opportunities.
• Administrative Operations: Coordinate administrative logistics, collaborate effectively with accounting partners, manage barcode creation for efficient inventory tracking, and coordinate order management across platforms like Line, and social media.
• Customer Interaction: Communicate directly with customers, addressing needs like complaints and reviews, sending targeted emails, and participating in recruiting and onboarding new team members to ensure smooth integration.
• Research and apply for industry requirements to enhance company recognition, collaborate with partners, schedule meetings, manage communication, and assist in Social Media Management by crafting and posting engaging content across platforms.
• Offline Operations Management: Oversee timely restocking of merchandise in offline shops, coordinate new branch setups with suppliers, and manage refund processes in conjunction with the product team for seamless execution.

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (for accounting tasks).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage diverse tasks.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Flow Account, and Google Sheet.

Your mission

We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Officer to join our team. The Legal Officer will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to the organization, including managing legal risks, reviewing and drafting contracts, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. 

Position summary

• Provide legal advice and guidance on issues related to e-commerce, contracts, privacy laws, data protection, and intellectual property rights
• Draft and review website terms of use, privacy policies, and other online agreements
• Monitor compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to online business activities
• Develop and implement brand protection strategies, including enforcement of trademarks and copyrights
• Provide legal support for payment processing

Your mission

You´ll craft the copy and the brand image of Pynpy. You know what is tone of voice and how to communicate with our audiences by words. We are seeking a talented individual who loves writing, is organized, and wants to spread the word about our mission. You will be the responsible person for our copy, grammar, content pipeline, and that we are driving the company towards tons of well-crafted content.

Position summary

• You´ll be writing important articles - How-to articles, Guides for our customers, Podcasts briefs, etc. so you need a complete understanding of product and market

• You´ll be rechecking the articles of our junior copywriters, give them feedback, and publishing their stuff

• You´ll discuss the social media plan with graphics and cooperate about know topics and the overall tonality of our brand

• You´ll be the responsible person for content production on our blog, important pages, overall content calendar, and social media communication

Your profile

• Pursuing a Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communication, or Business (or any related suitable)

• Strong time and project management skills (meeting deadlines, able to prioritize tasks) plus the working experience in any project management tool (Trello, Asana)

• Extremely detail-oriented and organized

Your mission

You love to communicate clearly our vision and together with the copywriter, you will design and create posts, VDO, and artworks of Pynpy' across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and other social media. You´ll make our followers interested in our product by visual artworks from your design skill. This position needs a big chunk of empathy for human needs and good skills in graphic design and VDO tools such as Adobe illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, ability to edit videos, and good taste of humor of course. Our friends are similar humans like you so don´t be overly serious. 

Position summary

• You will prepare all graphics for our posts together with the social media manager (IG, FB, Twitter)
• You will be responsible for overview of design and visual brand identity
• Graphic/Videos for promotion, branded images, short videos for ads and stories - you all know how to make it
• You need to be self-organized to be sure we follow our schedule and deliver design regularly
• You will conduct a testing of our graphics and VDOs across various social channels
• You will create visual texts and image concepts to communicate our ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers

Your profile

• Pursuing a Bachelor degree in Design, Communication, Graphic, Motion or any related suitable
• Strong time and project management skills (meeting deadlines, able to prioritize tasks) plus the working experience in any project management tool (Trello, Asana)
• Have a keen eye for aesthetics and details
