Return & Refund Policy

This policy applies to purchases made on www.pynpy.com for personal use only.

In the event of any discrepancy between language versions, the Thai version shall prevail.


1. Scope of This Policy

This policy applies only to products purchased directly from www.pynpy.com.

Purchases made through other platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, LINE Shop, or physical retail stores are subject to the return and refund policies of those respective platforms or stores.

This policy does not apply to wholesale orders or purchases made for resale purposes.


2. Hygiene Policy (Important)

Due to the nature of our products as hygiene and intimate personal items:

Period underwear, incontinence underwear, and intimate apparel are not eligible for return or refund if any one of the following conditions has occurred:

  • The packaging, seal, or any sealed wrapping has been opened

  • The product has been worn

  • The product has been washed

  • The product has been used in any manner whatsoever

Even if the product is claimed to be unused or unworn, the Company reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds in all such cases.

The Company does not accept returns or order cancellations after the product has been shipped,
due to hygiene and consumer safety reasons.

The only exception is in the case of verified manufacturing defects.


3. Manufacturing Defects

Considered manufacturing defects:

  • Holes or tears present before use

  • Broken seams or defective stitching

  • Fabric layers separating or delaminating before use

Not considered manufacturing defects:

  • Leakage related to individual flow, usage, or body conditions

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Improper washing or care

  • Normal wear and tear over time

Product performance and user experience may vary depending on individual use and care.


4. Reporting an Issue

If you wish to report a product issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, and provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos or a video clearly showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Requests submitted after the specified timeframe or without sufficient evidence may not be considered.


5. Review and Resolution

After review, the Company may offer one of the following solutions, as appropriate:

  • Product replacement

  • Store credit

  • Refund (only in confirmed manufacturing defect cases)

The Company’s decision shall be final, in accordance with this policy and applicable law.


6. Sale and Promotional Items

Products purchased at a discounted price or under promotional offers are non-refundable,
except where required by law or in cases of verified manufacturing defects.


7. Return Shipping

If a return is approved:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a confirmed manufacturing defect

  • A trackable shipping service is recommended

  • Returned items must be in the same condition as received for inspection purposes


8. Refund Processing

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 14 days.
