Shipping rates are per order, not per item. Order multiple pairs and pay shipping only once.
Customs & Import Duties
Depending on your country, your order may be subject to local import duties or taxes. These are determined by your country’s customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Here’s what to expect in our main shipping destinations:
- Singapore — 9% GST may apply on goods over SGD 400.
- Malaysia — 10% SST may apply. Most low-value personal imports clear without issue.
- Hong Kong — No import duties or sales tax. Free port.
- Japan — Consumption tax (10%) and possible customs duty on imported textiles.
- Australia — 10% GST applies on all imported goods. No customs duty on goods under AUD 1,000.
- New Zealand — 15% GST may apply on goods over NZD 1,000.
- United Kingdom — Period products are VAT zero-rated (0% VAT). No additional tax on orders under £135.
Order Tracking
Every international order ships with a tracking number. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link once your order is dispatched. Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Payment Methods
International orders can be paid by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, JCB). Thai customers can also pay with PromptPay and TrueMoney Wallet.
Currency
Prices on our website are displayed in Thai Baht (฿ THB). Your bank will automatically convert the charge to your local currency at the current exchange rate. A small foreign transaction fee may apply depending on your bank.
Returns & Exchanges
International orders follow the same return policy as domestic orders. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for details. Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.
