Questions about absorbency
It depends on the style. Pynpy' period underwear absorbs between 5ml (light) and 50ml (super) — equivalent to 1–5 regular pads. Bladder leakage styles absorb 40–100ml.

Yes. The Heavy style absorbs 20–30ml, suitable for heavy days. The Super style absorbs up to 50ml for the heaviest days. On very heavy days, you may want to change once during the day.
Start with 2–3 pairs to try them out. For a full menstrual cycle, we recommend 5–7 pairs so you can rotate between washing and wearing.
